-One image engrave on both sides ($18.75)
-Text: One line above and one line below main engrave on one side, 15 characters including spaces per line. ($15.00)
-Text: One line above and one line below main engrave on both sides, 15 characters including spaces per line. ($18.75)
-Image on one side and Text on the other (18.75)
After your order purchase is complete, please contact us at hhcreations2016@gmail.com with the following:
-Your order number
-Your name
-Your preferred email address
-The logo, design, text or details regarding the engraving that you are wanting done. The file can be received as a .png, .jpg/jpeg, or an .svg file. If you are wanting specific name or wording, we will need that information along with a preferred font. *Current default font is Alegreya SC
-Our shop can also design a logo for you or work with you if you do not already have a design saved in the above formats. **This may incur an additional charge, so it is best to contact us first to discuss.
Once the engraving is submitted to our shop, we will review the request within 1 to 3 business days and submit a final draft to you, most likely to your email, for approval. If no response is received with 5 business days from you, then your order may be cancelled.
Once final approval has been received, we will communicate when you can expect to receive your order. The size and detail of the engrave may impact processing times.
Fulfillment:
-Once the order is placed it may take 5 to 14 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped/ready for pick up.
-Large quantity orders may impact processing time.
-Standard shipping is via USPS Ground
