Custom Engraving Add-On
We offer the following engraving services:
-Small Engrave: The Small Engraving will be a Design, Logo, or Text that will fill a 1-inch by 1-inch square.
-Medium Engrave: The Medium Engraving will be a Design, Logo, or Text that will fill a 2-inch by 2-inch square or a 3 by 1.5-inch rectangle.
-Large Engrave: The Large Engraving will be a Design, Logo, or Text that will fill a 3-inch by 3-inch or 4 by 2-inch rectangle.
-The Full Tumbler/Extra Large Engraving will be a Design, Logo, or Text that will be a full tumbler wrap or a bigger surface area like a cutting board.
After your order purchase is complete, please contact us at hhcreations2016@gmail.com with the following:
-Your order number
-Your name
-If are buying this as a gift
-The logo, design, text or details regarding the engraving that you are wanting done. The file can be received as a .png, .jpg/jpeg, or an .svg file. If you are wanting specific name or wording, we will need that information along with a preferred font. *Current default font is Alegreya SC.
-Or you can use one of forms that can be found here.
Once the engraving is submitted, we will review the request within 3 to 5 business days and submit a final draft to you, most likely to your email, for approval. If no response is received with 5 business days from you, then your order may be cancelled.
Once final approval has been received, we will communicate when you can expect to receive your order. The size and detail of the engrave may impact processing times.
